Menubar not accepting assigned colors.
Bad enough we lost the image and buttons.

The tabs page image dosnt work on the task manager either.

Its the first time I work on a PerPixel skin, and this mode don't allows MenuBar skinning (even MenuBar buttons or MDI buttons).
When perpixel disabled, all is right.

We know,we've known for years...I wonder can it be made to use it.
I know this...point is we want this and images to work again.

The decision to use tab page backgrounds on taskmanager tabs is up to Microsoft. They made a decision to not use them for the XP taskmanager, probably because they can be resized which would show a problem when the tabs are stretched tall enough.
Attempting to force this on tabs in taskmanager would result in potential incompatibility problems for WindowBlinds and it is simply not worth the risk or development time.

I know this...point is we want this and images to work again.
They have never worked with per pixel frames and probably never will on XP. There are good technical reasons for this (which I will not be going into here) and I must stress again this is not a bug.
I know it is frustrating as a skin author when you cannot have 100% control over something, but there are good reasons why some things are as they are. We do not sit around thinking up new ways to limit skin author creativity!

Taskmanager tabs do not use the tab page background. This is an issue with taskmanager itself (try it with Windows XP style running and you will see the same)
Menubars in per pixel skins use the system wide colour scheme and this is not something thats changed since we introduced per pixel skins. I should mention that the menubar skin is used when on Windows Vista due to differences in how WB works on that platform.
