Another SoundPackager Error

Cannot install

Tuesday, September 18, 2007 by Robyn Henke | Discussion: Stardock Support General

When I try to install SoundPackager from SC, I receive this error:

Then, when I click on the View Log button, this is what the log says:

Can anyone please help me? I think it might be my version of Windows XP causing the problem. When I went the the SoundPackager website and looked at the system requirements, Windows XP/2003 was listed.

Are you running on a network where your users directory is on a server somewhere? SP may not like that very much.

what is "\\jdrsrv01\users\henke\stardock\soundpackager"?
Is your temp directory elsewhere?
