SDK and Dream Maker on x64

Hey guys - just wondering what the progress on the SDK is (is there an ETA?) as well as on a 64bit version of dream maker..
I've noticed that the number of dreams coming out seems to have slowed down a bit, and I'd bet that the second the SDK comes out 40 new dreams would pop up
