Does anyone have a tutorial for how to turn a widescreen wall into a logon for vista? Please use small words

Thanks to both of you! It seems like even someone as artistically challenged as I am should be able to make a logon for vista with this lololololol

2. Click create
3. Give your logon a fancy name
4. Hit browse to find wallpaper
5. Click save
6. Click apply
7. Stare at lovely new logon
