Uploading wallpaper?

I tried uploading this wallpaper( link at bottom) and at first it never showed so I did it again.. Well now it says I have to wait five days for moderation. (which I shouldn't have to). When I looked at it there was no preview picture so I redid it on the old submission page and it worked preview and all. But it says in moderation. It's a brand new wall just had some uploading problems do I have to wait for it to be moderated? Let me know, thanks.

Maybe not all that related but I find I get a 'painless' upload via IE 7 as opposed to using the wincustomize browser! I always get script errors with the wc browser.
