Downloading Master Skin

Hi there,
i just bought a master skin, but if i try to download it i get a "runtime error".
Anyone can help me to get it anyway?
I started a support ticket at stardock too.

I try to explain but my english is not the best...
We are talking about the Xaphire Skin by JJ Ying.
I just bought it yesterday, payed by paypal, i reviced a mail which includes a download link for the skin, which starts with "http://premiumskins.wincustomize.com ...". But that Link didnt work, it only shows me that runtime error message. I tried to copy&paste and 2 different Browsers. (Firefox&IE) But always the same message!

Yeah, it appears Stardock broke their own website. And since they don't work support on the weekends, we're all kinda stuck.

Ive had three people in 2 days experience error buying \ downloading Sexy WB

Please advise.

We have to wait till Stardock gets in on Monday and back to work on fixing their website. It's fairly obvious something was changed on their website, and it broke. It sucks, cause I wanted to play with the dream I bought today over the weekend, so I might instead support ticket for a refund, the "impulse buy" nature of it has warn off over the hours since I paid for it.

Now if only I'd stop getting a crash in nvlddmkm.sys when I have animated video.

A crash in nvlddmkm.sys points to either buggy video drivers or damaged video hardware. I suspect it is a driver bug rather than hardware issues.
I would upgrade your drivers (if there are newer ones), or downgrade if you have the latest.

You are getting a runtime error on download or on running?
Are you saving to desktop or somewhere and then running or just running. I'd save and apply if you haven't.
If it's erroring out on download, can you try a different browser?
What Master skin are we talking about anyway?
Unfortunately, (or fortunately according to my point of view) only Stardock or the author can help you get a legitimate copy through alternative means.
