You should do YOURSELF a favor while someone here does one for you...
Dump StyleXP. The entire structure of it is based on nothing but hacks to native windows files. That is always a bad combination. You should rely on the Stardock products for the bulk of your customization needs as they will do it an a much better fashion without hacking your OS.

If someone can please make me a .bootscreen file with these pictures, I would really appreciate it very much. Thanks in advance!

There are a couple of different tutorials. You already have the images, which is the hard work. Making it into a bootskin is simple. It will take all of 10 minutes.
Just read the directions... TWICE!

But after making the bootskin.ini, then putting everything in a .zip file and then renaming the .zip extension to .bootskin, it doesn't show up in BootSkin when I import it.
Would you be able to help me out?

1) screen image size wrong, must be 640x480.
2) screen image not a 16 color 4bit bitmap.
3) error in the .ini, check to make sure .ini info is exactly as image names.

I specifically made sure that my screen image was a 4-bit 16 color palette. What could be the problem this time?

Color palette for wallpaper and progress bar have to be the same

I'll fix it up right now and see if it works.
