How hiding icons in taskbar

how hiding the icons beside the name of the windows? in the taskbar and when they are maximized

Not sure if there is a thrid party application that lets you do that , if not they probably just haccked the icons for the original apps shown on taskbar and made them transparent.

and how i could leave this transparent?? maybe for the register?

Just create transparent picture, on your favorit icon editor program. Then save as .ico
Right click on your selected shortcut, change icon, select your transparent ico, apply.

much work , does not have some form to make a hack for this?

and how in some themes do not appear? they had not made shortcut for shortcut
