Component Tray / SD Central

I'm having problems with Component Tray & Stardock Central. When I try to launch SDC from the system tray....nothing happens. If I go to C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral and run sdcentral.exe....it starts right away. I've tried uninstalling Component Tray and reinstalling it. Does anyone know how to correct this? I've always launched SDC from the system tray, until last week. I've created a shortcut to SDC as a tempoary fix.
