Not able to rate anymore

Hi all,
I just breezed by the site to see what's new and to find some old wallpapers and I noticed that I no longer am able to rate a skin. I am a subscriber and am not due to renew until January. can anyone help. I like to participate where I can and rating is one of the few ways I can. Thanks a bunch!!
