DesktopX Update

Just downladed the current DesktopX update and rebooted. On reboot I get a window titled Performance Meters. It says that it can not connect to the performance countters because the UAC is enable. It goes on to talk about this is because of Windows Vista.
That okay for people who are actually running Windows Vista, I'm running Windows XP Home. There is a block to mark so that window doesn't pop up again.
Wasn't sure if this was a bug (I guess not for Vista users) or an oops for XP users.
