SKS 6 ... Why am i getting this screen?

When i go to Make WBA Package in SKS6 i get... this.. can someone explain? Bit difficult to use if I cant save.

Turns out I had to Turn off UAC and reboot, reactivate SKS6 and bobs ur uncle.... fixed.
Seems like I shouldn't have had to though.
