Stardock ticket

How long does it take for a response from stardock?

Sunday, August 26, 2007 by WeatherBound | Discussion: Stardock Support General

Is it just me. I posted a ticket to stardock on 8/15/07, That would be 11 days ago and still have not got a response from Stardock . They say it takes up to 2 days.

So my question is.

How long has it taken for your own ticket to stardock to get a response?

did you get the autoreply?

if not, check your spam

you can sign in to helpserve to check the ticket

the autoreply has instructions for followup so a subsequent email as followup won't bump you down the list

I am sorry you have not received a response yet. I will direct this to technical support so they can look into your ticket.

Thanks

Your issue was for permission to use a copyrighted image, answers to these kind of questions can take some time. I will try nudging them a bit.

Thanks highlander and jennbean

I kinda figured that it was not a easy one to answer. I was kinda hopping to get some kind of response like you just did. That way i would know that you where working on it.

Again thanks

WeatherBound: I don't know whether your question had been forwarded previously, but I have just made sure this was sent to the right department. You should receive a reply shortly.

When you have an inquiry that's not what one would consider standard issue, I would suggest logging into the Stardock irc live chat and inquiring from there. This is generally the best way to get a hold of people that do not have a regular line of communication to the outside world.

To get onto the chat, you could either (1)use Stardock Central ( http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe ) and click the 'Chat' button once you're logged in or (2) use an irc client and log onto irc.stardock.com. Just ask your question in either the #sdcentral or #stardock channel, and someone will be able to get you assistance shortly.

Apologies for the delay!
