Downloaded a desktop theme...now what???
HELP!

So i downloaded the desktop them i wanted... and its a zip file.. where do i extract it? how do i get it up and running!!!!!!!! please help this noob out

and i dont know if i have the software. does that mean I have to get desktopx, then download the file again?

you have to have DesktopX the program installed to use DesktopX themes.
Can't tell where to put all that's in the zip unless we know what zip it is. Zips can include a theme (double click to self install - if DTX the program is installed) some backgrounds, extra graphics, sysmetrix skins, etc

It's all spelled out on this site. You need the software to apply the thems.
