Vanished from moderation

Can someone please help? I have been trying to submit these icons for two weeks now ,but each time they seem to go into moderation they disappear again.
I posted about this a couple of weeks ago when I first tried to upload these icons but I gave up that time and deleted them.WWW Link
Can anyone help please?
Also the WC homepage has been showing this for a couple of days now:

They are both still in moderation - where they have been all along.
All deleting and re-uploading does is push them to the bottom of the upload queue

Hey can I just ask a quick question?Obviously these icons I uploaded are conversions of my 'Plastique Media' and 'OpenOffice' dock PNGs so are identical in every way.Yet they are given much lower ratings than the dock PNGs.
I'm not in this for the ratings(I'm just a hobby level skinner)but am curious why there is this difference.

I just looked at the ratings out of interest. You have three moderators all with initial ratings within 0.5 stars - you can't get more consistent than that
Subsequent ratings by others can move ratings up or down. 'tis the community in action...
Some folks get a little tetchy where ratings are concerned. Being happy about things (like you) is the best way to go 
I just wish the message would pass along...
