vStyler was bugging me every damn day..."so...what you gonna do next?"
"Dammit John,I aint even finished Knot Vista yet" I says.
"maybe a theme based on the SR71 Blackbird,...or something that looks like vintage guitar equipment"
Instead I went with a chinese abacus...go figure.

It may not be for Vista, but as this screen shows, it does looks really sweet on it.

good job 80% + of WC traffic is still on XP
We may be crazy .. but were not stupid

And? That 20% isnt exactly a "small" amount of people you know, and that number will only get larger over time. To be honest I never really expected this theme to be fully Vista compatible so its really not too shocking that its not happening, just disappointing.

As I keep saying.. Vista is extremely restrictive with regards to skinning. Your choice to use it. If you want a selection of more creative skins, XP can't be beat... period.

Would take me 30 mins to post it all.

If I wanted to use XP based skins I'd use XP, not Vista. There are certain elements that look ugly as it is with WB6 (thumbnail previews, volume mouseover, system clock), I don't really need to add onto it.

You arent seeing the explorer (unskinned, ugly) and IE (default tabs, yeah they fit well).
Yeah it looks nice with a taskbar, start menu and window frame, but you don't see anything else there do you?

Regardless, this isn't really the thread to keep this discussion going...
Folks on XP OR Vista should check out Slider on Maxstyles.com... One of the most creative skins ever made for WB.

The wall looks nice and I like the way the gadgets look anchored to it.
Looks like you've got a few more gadgets that have yet to be released too. All in all, this is looking sharper every time you post a screen.
