dream maker error message when creating dream

dream maker used to work fine when i had 32 bit vista
i'm using 64 bit now, it runs fine till i try click create dream button and recieve error handling exception error.
i tried uninstalling/reinstalling
i tried compatability mode/run as admin
anyone have a clue?
