This was at a time a GM was an unpaid volunteer player, and the kinks hadn't been worked out as far as the EULA which forbid the buying and selling of intellectual property.

Doh!! Came in here hoping to learn how to grow/plant one in my back yard - gold, gold, glorious gold - and there's nothing, not even which would be the best compost or manure to use.
