Approval Delays?

I'm a long time user of the site, but a new contributor. Over 9 days ago, I submitted a new DreamScene for the gallery. Upon submission, I read that it could take up to 5 days to be approved. However, it has been well over that time frame. In addition, the skin does not show up in my skins lists anymore. (The first day I submitted it, it was listed as "In Moderation".) Is there some kind of weird delay that the approval process is going through currently? Also, are contributers notified via email upon rejection/approval? It is a big discouraging to not see any type of status updates.

Yes, you should get an email, check your junk mail, your spam filters may have put it there.
Thanks, I have checked my GMail folders and there wasn't any emails from Stardock or Wincustomize there. I suppose I will continue to play the waiting game. I will admit, however, that this highly discourages me from submitting more content to the site. Almost two weeks for a single approval is a bit much in my opinion.

Yes, you should get an email, check your junk mail, your spam filters may have put it there.

I'm sorry that took so long, several moderators were unable to get the dream to load properly so a few more had to test it. I just got it running on my laptop fine, so I've passed it through moderation.
