[Resolved] Start Objects, Shut Down Messed Up

Good Day Ladies and Gentlemen,
I seem to have run into a small problem and I am not quite sure how to fix this one.
I am not quite sure what exactly I installed that has caused this but some objects in start look really messed up:
Btw I am using the AeroSmoke theme, everything was working yesterday, there is something I must've installed, maybe a windows update, I am not sure.
The shutdown has also messed up now:
It went back to the classical scroll to shut down.
Any ideas what the problem might be ?

I have narrowed down the problem to my Linksys usb adapter drivers. Thank you for your time.

I've seen Linksys come up in some other posts
some of your dates are off, may cause issues also - try updating either via Stardock Central Browser or via the support page.

open WB configuration, click 'view my system info' on the left and copy/paste to here all that shows up
