this is a poor wallpaper it shows no real flare, it is just that SIMPLE

Critical: the walls not bad at all...a bit too bright with all that white but a nice simple design.

I can see it must be a wallpaper, if you are trying to make it available to people to download, this is not the way to do it.
Go back to the home page, you will see a link Submit to Gallery. Click it and follow the instructions. It's very easy. Every skin, wallpaper or screenshot needs to be submitted this way so that it can go through a moderator to see if it passes the guidelines.
