How to use these dreamscenes

I have vista ultimate 64, I am able to use DreamScene fine, but when i download the new ones they have a .dream extension and it will not read when I put it into my microsoft/web/dreamscene folder. I tried changing the extension to .wmv and .mpeg but no luck, any advice?

Probably installed Stardock DeskScapes. Dreamscene itself only accepts raw video, not .dream files.
