Icon Packager Problem

Hey. I have been using icon packager for some time now, when I browse library icons I get this.

Is it possible to skin these icons?

in my experience some programs will refuse to change the icons in list view (like winamp) so you are out of luck.
However if this happens for EVERY icon in list view (for example windows explorer) then it is probably that the skinner of the IconPackage had forgotten to add icons of that size.
