A glitch for me?

Right ive had WindowBlinds for a while and ive noticed that on Internet Explorer and around my toolbars on IE that they are see through when i apply skins.

MOHAA_Falcon ...you will find a certain 'reticence' here towards the idea of providing you assistance with an unlawfully-obtained copy of the program.
Wincustomize.com is owned/sponsored/run by the very company you seek to 'pirate'/not support through legitimate purchase.
