HELP! .dream not recognized

Hello there, i am using Windows Vista Ultimate 32 bit with Dreamscene Preview installed. Now, my problem is that the .dream animated wallpaper i just downloaded here cannot be identified by my system...what should i do? Do i need to install another 3rd party program just for me to be able to use it? By the way, the 4 dreamscene animated wallpapers that I got from windows update work just perfectly...please do help me...thank you in advanced!
P.S. whenever i browse for animated wallpaper, the only thing that this dreamscene can look for are animations that are either wmv. or .avi format. Thanks!
