Login Notice visibility

I was wondering how to change the visibility for the Login Notice, I've circled it in the following pic, right now its faded and kind of hard to see when I change the font to match the rest of the text. Does anyone know how to change the size of the User Name font?

I have uploaded my first revision of it but it hasn't been processed yet, ill upload it to my site in a min.
-Edit- I uploaded the skin to my site for now, it is under the logon studio skin section.

-Double edit- apparently wincustomize doesnt like it, dont know if it was the blood or bc it was based on a game but its for a friend so doesn't really matter.

cause if it's a splash logon it's not the same way to take to change something in it...
