Your skin has failed to upload

When I try to submit a wallpaper I get the message;
Your skin has failed to upload. When uploading a new skin, your skin file must also be submitted. ?? Help?

hello
I have the same problem for upload icon files
I use format JPG for the skin but that do not please function
"Your skin has failed to upload.
The skin file you are attempting to upload is not valid. Hint: Check the file extension.
When uploading a new skin, your Skin file must also be submitted."
Can you help me

The preview file must be a .jpg The actual file (icons, wallpaper etc.) must be zipped up in a WinZip file. Extension is .zip. You'll need the program...WinZip which has a freeware version.
