desktopx mega scheme

i am starting a desktopX mega theme/desktop
i almost dont want to call it a theme. due to the extent i want the object code to handle the interaction to windows. i almost want it to be a front end to windows.
the main reason i am posting is that i am not the most artistic inclined, that is i will be looking for someone to give credit to, and if there are any coders out there that might want a shot at this or have any ideas. i am in concept stages right now and will post a suggestion topic in the next few days. anyone interested please contact me with any questions you have about the project or myself.
