need help with WB

im trying to make my windows look like one on this screenshot ( https://www.wincustomize.com/zoom.aspx?skinid=3655&libid=1 ) , i dled the icons, log in screen and such from the links on thit page (https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=3655&libid=1&p=3#409485) and what to do with them i dont know, i applied the skin but all my icons look as they were before, some1 plz help me out and also how can i get those small windows on my deckstop to see my CPU usage how many emails i got and such just like on that screenshot.
