Reset Activations on WB?

I had a problem with WB where it would not let me activate no more and was wondering since its the holiday how long it will take for [email protected] to get back to me regarding this issue.

I've reset your activation count.
We just came back from an extended weekend (including Memorial Day), so you might not have received a response right away through the email support system. You should be all set though
