Questions with Skins and Vista.
Saturday, May 12, 2007 by Dovreen | Discussion: Windows Vista
I am using Vista Ultimate 32 bit.
When I try to instal a Skin, I have to unload WindowBlinds and then install the skin to get it to work.
Does the UAC have anything to do with the transforming of 1 skin to another when installing the skins?

I just find it annoying that when I download the skins, and try to automatically install the skin, it will not load properly. The only way to get the task bar and other windows to completely show the new skin, it first Unload Window Blinds to get the Classic Windows Theme and then find the skin I just downloaded and then Apply it and it works.
Any thoughts?

When a skin is installed, or you select a skin from WB, only part of it applies. To correct this you have to revert to classic, then re-apply the skin, is that correct?
If it is, I get exactly the same...
