Changng the startbar & menu with DesktopX?

Hi, I recently downloaded a theme for DX and I was wondering how I could change the windows startbar and menus? seems like it's not included in the themes, what do I need?

Thanks does windowsblind and desktopX can work properly together? and it doesn't take too much memory?

DesktopX can take some memory for larger themes and gadgets. WindowBlinds is easy on memory, doesn't take much. Works best with a graphics card to show all the features.
