Programs keep maximising

Hi All I use object dock 1.9 plus and have hidden the regular task bar. when I minimise a program it shows up on my dock however if I move the cursor to the bottom of my screen where the taskbar usually is if not hidden the minimised program suddenly maximises. This happens no matter where I place my dock and whether the taskbar is hidden or not and is extremely annoying .. can anyone suggest why it is doing this I am running XP Service pack two with WB 5.5 and Object Dock 1.9 ... thanx Loquacious
