IP Help...

Hope someone could give me advice or could tell me what am I doing wrong. I bought a new laptop with windows vista home premium. now I installed IP ver 3.2 enhanced. but there seems to be wrong or missing. All files and folder changed vista default icons, EXCEPT for music folder, picture folder, documents folder, open folder even control panel icon. I already tried to un install and install IP dosent work at all. I tried to changed it one by one at icon and cursor menu, still giving the same result. Hope someone could help.......
