start panel is to far right and to low.

hi sureshot, not sure if I understand what you mean by too far right and too low for the start panel.
First off, are you using windows xp or windows vista.
Also, I use the default location for my taskbar & startpanel but I've tested it on both top & bottom, left & right locations.
In the screenshot I've provided with the wb skin, the default location is shown and it seems to be the same with the rest of my wb skins.
My screen resolution is 1024x768, could you share your screen resolution as well.
Maybe you could also share a screenshot of what you're seeing at your end as well.
