Help to create this 3 icons

Hi
Is anybody here that construct icons by request?
I have 3 icons that are from 3 programs that I use and they don't have versions above the normal 32X32.
I'd love to have them at least 128x128 but I have no ideia and no knowledge how to do that.
So i'd like to ask one of you guys that are pros on the subject and have free time on your hands if you could make them or if you want to make diferent versions of it you are free to to what you want.
Unfortunatly I can't put them here for download but obviously that i'll send them to you
The programs are Metastock, eSignal and MarketMaker
