Clearing the cach may be a solution but i just dont know how to do it!!
"Do you have OD set to run at startup AND have added a shortcut in the startup folder?"
that's a good question cause i've manipulated it once but now ther is only one file in
the folder, and when i disable the run at startup option, it doesn't start.
Sometimes, i do not have 2 docks, but the parameters window is opened at the same time with the dock.
Pleeaasse give me a hand!

Sure sounds like you have 2 startup links.
Download Codestuff Starter, and you can easily see what's running at startup.

open the startup folder - delete any od shortcuts
clear the cache - delete the od folder there
reboot
run od
how many show up

Yes Starter is handy thiing to have.
Try deleting the OD links, using the Starter app. Then use the OD config to Run at Startup, see if that helps.
