stardock central crashing

hi peeps, i went into stardock central and it does its auto update thing and crashes after about 10 seconds and wants to send an error report ,anyone ever have this problem

version 2.38.436, build 1.39 it trys to updat when i open it up so i just cancel

I'm running 2.43.451 build 147 I think the update you're cancelling is the new one.
try:
go to C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral
in there is a 'restore' - if you run that, it will roll SDC back a version
then open SDC and let it update - it may also do a repair at that time

i dont see any "restore" of any type in that folder.
ok i went an uninstaled SDC rebooted PC instaled SDC loged in went to update and the same problem? getting a tad anoyed now

try:
first open SDC and go into settings > general > auto update = prompt before updating Stardock Central
download and run this one (don't need to unistall first) - then let that one update
from other reports and my own current experience, the one at the SDC download page doesn't seem to want to work once installed.

open SDC
don't auto update - choose later
then right click on one item and choose update
what happens
which version of SDC?
