Stardock Virtual Desktop

Thursday, April 26, 2007 by CurtisHays | Discussion: Windows XP

I've got a 2nd monitor connected to my laptop which I use to keep my outlook open all the time.  Then I run the rest of my programs off my laptop monitor.  Keeps my productivity up at work.  I've started using virtual desktop to organize some of the programs I use.  Is there a way to run one desktop on one monitor and another desktop on my laptop lcd.

Thanks,

Curtis

I have dual monitors and haven't been able to do it, myself. I don't know if it's possible to run 2 seperate desktops/windowblinds at the same time off of the same video card.

Nvidia lets me run 2 seperate wallpapers and that's about it. I have never used it, but UltraMon gets some pretty good reviews for being able to do some things that some or most video cards can't with dual monitors.
