Big problem with Optix

After downloading Optix WB and clicking on it to install a message came up saying there appears to be no UIS file. Are you sure it is a windowblinds? Instead went into folder, found what appeared to be UIS file and clicked on that. Skinstudio appeared and tried to apply it through there. What did happen was XP's default skin being applied with out any buttons at all. No close or min or max or anything. Even trying to add using windowblinds config didn't work. Same message came up. Any ideas as to what happened. BTW...Stingray is so smooth...and lightning fast.

Thanks milksama...link worked perfectly. Am using Optix now and I am very pleased. Nice, clean and functional. Kudos to Mike Bryant
