Tomorrow the biggest update ever to ObjectDock will be released! ObjectDock is a freeware program that allow users to add a fully skinnable dock to their Windows desktop. It is one of the most popular desktop extension programs of all time. ObjectDock 1.9 adds a ton of new features and comes with a lot of great new content created by the WinCustomize community.
We'll be making the announcement of its availability tomorrow! Stay tuned!

I'd like to but...last time I used OD it made my system slow down way too much. If this one does not then I'll check it out.

I assume OD+ is being updated too since the notice only mentions the "Freeware" program and not the version we pay for, and since we did pay for it to get "extras" will we still have extras over the freeware version?

Does this finally mean we will at last have a way of replacing state changing system tray icons (power, volume, network, AV etc...) with fancy shiny new icons that change state too? Please say it does, ive been looking for that for about 2 years and made numerous threads about it, hopefully my badgering 
has paid off!

You can change the font color to whatever you want by going into the background.ini and editing it to the color you want using RGB colors.
And damn Jeff....I can't wait to see what this new feature is going to be! Now I won't get any sleep!
And just in time for the contest! You all remember the ObjectDock contest...right!?

I though Companent Tray only alerted you when an 'Object Desktop' app was available.

Carl ..No joy with Component Tray...... it does work with OD+, but it doesn't downlaod if you're not there to respond to the alert (I'll be away)
