Problem Loading Themes

Just lately I have had a small problem theme loading, pc boots up, and when it's due to boot into a theme it will only load half a theme, very weird yes, but if i go into builder and load it again, there's no problem the only thing i have that loads in sys tray is AVG Anti virus & Windowsblinds and of course bulider, anyone shed any light please?
