Need some help connecting the dots

Monday, April 2, 2007 by thomassen | Discussion: PC Hardware

I got a new computer recently. Got everything plugged in and set up. .. Nearly everything. I can't for the love of sanity work out how to connect the front panel audio port of the case to the motherboard.

This is the case connectors:

So my question is: how on earth do you connect these freaking cables? This has been driving me crazy for a while now.

AGND = Ground
FRO-R = R OUT
FRo-L = L OUT

what about the mic?
these two ports would be useful for when I Skype. much easier to plug in the headset and mic in the front panel than having to crawl to the back on the comp and unplug my speaker system.

MIC-PWR = AVCC
MIC-IN = MIC2 L (Or the R one)
L-OUT = FRO-L
R-OUT = FRO-R
R-RET = F_IO_SEN (?)
RET-L = F_IO_SEN (?)
GROUND = AGND

Try that.
