That is not a default user icon, it is part of the user pane image in this skin.
Since this skin is set up for Vista look with user icon on right, the content margin settings are set to move user icon, when in use, into the frame for it on right.
Open the skin in SkinStudio, on left side of preview select XP Taskbar, click on user pane in preview, in Text Settings you should be able to move text by increasing the X value of Text position shift

It has too.. its the only way to move text.. try adjusting it further.

Yes but then you must reapply the skin for change to take place, text shift does work, I had it at X 50 and name was almost in middle of user pane.

As far as Applying a WB Basj.. after you have made a change.. apply with WBconfig... it sped up my apply time about 7 million percent compared to applying with SKS. Just make sure to click "save" first in SKS if you altered any attributes other than overwriting an image. If you just made a change to an image and overwrite it.. no need to save first.. just apply in WBconfig. Should speed things up for you more.

Running XP and WB5.5.
