If you've used the default install path, do you see anything in
C:\program files\stardock\object desktop\iconpackager\Themes
(Copy/Paste this into the dialog at Start->Run)

Please send the following files into [email protected]:
1. C:\program files\stardock\sdcentral\Installed\ip.log
and
2. Please run this file:
http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/dir_ip.bat
and also include the output.log file generated on your desktop.
So the two files we need are:
ip.log
output.log

Gregory2001: Are you using this under a limited account or an account with administrative access? What happens if you instead right click IconPackager and download and archive this application? (Then restore the archive by pressing Ctrl+R)
