I don't understand : why this wallpaper and some others is available in common library, but my is not?

It's usually a much better practice to handle things like this via email with one of the moderators. These types of posts generally have lead to someones feelings getting hurt, tempers flaring, blatant anal insinuations and a general feeling of ill will.

Seeing as this has been bumped for no real reason
Al the wall you linked to as an example of what is in the gallery is by a journeyman so was not moderated.

3 stars [6 points] ...but that is negated [deleted] by the first actual rating applied from the public...
