IE 7 Crashes everytime I load up a IconPackage

IE 7 crashes everytime I load up a IconPackage.
Is anyone else having this problem?
IconPackager version is 3.19d[b].014. My OS is XP sp2. I didn't have this problem in the last build of IconPackager and I have been running IE7 since it was released to the public as Beta.
