Just about every week, our intrepid Internet Evangelist, Island Dog, does a round-up article on what he thinks are some of the more interesting skinning submissions for the week. It's a great series to keep an eye on if you're looking for new, cool content to trick-out your desktop.
This week there's the winner of the St. Patrick's Day Icon contest, a WindowBlinds skin, a nifty IconPackage, some RightClick menus, a very nice and usable .Dream animated wallpaper, as well as a pretty slick looking cursor set. Make sure to take some time to check the article, download the goodies and give your feedback.

Every now and then there's a seriously good bit of 'dithering' done in the Bootskin section.....where a 4 bit image actually still looks like something.....
Keep an eye out for them....
