Ojectdock+ not keeping icons

After I uninstall StyleXP and Vista Inspirat Object dock refuse to remember icons. I have uninstall and reinstall it. I have set all the icons with dock icons and when I restart OD after reboot etc it has defaulted back to whatever it wants not what I choose.
Any help? I am getting ticked off.

only issue is I have no Stardock folder listed even after I check showed hidden folder/files

It should be in C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Application Data\
where 'owner' is you
