bootskin installation??

how do i install a bootskin? I download it, but its in a "booskin" format. i don't know where to put it or anything because nothing comes with readmes, and wndows doesnt know how to open it. so what to do with it would be great

Have you downloaded and installed Booskin and LogonStudio software.
At the top of each skin gallery there is a link to needed software in the description box.
